Description JOB SOURCE USA Shipping & Receiving / Shipping Specialist • $19.00/hour • Temp / Temp-to-Hire About This Opportunity TSA Manufacturing is seeking a Shipping & Receiving / Shipping Specialist to join its team in a family-oriented, team environment. This position is responsible for safely moving materials throughout the plant, maintaining accurate inventory, preparing shipments, and completing required documentation. The role involves operating various types of material handling equipment, verifying inventory accuracy, and ensuring shipments are prepared and processed according to company and ISO standards. Bonus Opportunity $350 Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance during the first 30 days Assignment Details Pay $19.00/hour Schedule Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Assignment Type Temp / Temp-to-Hire Extra Notes Start Date: ASAP Responsibilities Safely operate material handling equipment, including sit-down propane forklifts, stand-up high reach electric forklifts, overhead cranes, and other equipment Move, pick, and place materials throughout the plant Place pallet loads of metal fasteners weighing over 2,500 lbs. in rack locations more than 21 feet high Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inspections on equipment and request maintenance as needed Maintain accurate inventory counts and locations during all material movement Use counting scales for shipping and receiving transactions Verify part numbers and descriptions to ensure correct orders are pulled and shipped Safely load and unload trucks while accounting for all incoming and outgoing merchandise Prepare parts for shipment by tagging, banding, boxing, assembling, and cleaning according to ISO procedures Complete shop forms, data collection, job tracking cards, work orders, bills of lading, and packing slips Monitor shipping supplies such as boxes and pallets Keep warehouse clean and organized Equipment, Tools, or Systems Used Sit-down propane forklifts Stand-up high reach electric forklifts Overhead cranes Counting scales Basic computer systems Requirements High school diploma Ability to communicate in English Valid driver’s license Drug Screen Background Check Ability to work well in a team environment Ability to meet deadlines and take responsibility for documentation Ability to read a tape measure Detail-oriented with minimal errors Basic computer skills Work Environment and Dress Code Factory setting; heated but not air-conditioned PPE required including safety glasses, steel-toe boots, and hearing protection Dress code includes jeans, t-shirt, work pants, and steel-toe boots How to Apply Website www.jobsourceusa.com Phone 402-331-4905 Walk-In Interviews Tuesday & Thursday | 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM Office Job Source USA, Inc.• 8406 Park Drive, Omaha, NE 68127 • 1 block south of Q Street on 84th Street Se Habla Español.
