The Role We're looking for an experienced Shipping and Receiving Supervisor to take charge of our complete warehouse operation in Fremont, Ohio. You'll lead a high-performing team, partner with transportation providers, and spend a significant portion of your day working directly in our ERP system to keep inventory, shipments, and transfers running without a hitch. This is a hands-on leadership role where what happens on screen is just as important as what happens on the floor. What You'll Do Lead high-volume warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping Work extensively in our ERP system on a daily basis, including: Managing inventory across our main facility and outside warehouse locations Creating Bills of Lading (BOLs) for outbound shipments Tracking inbound and outbound orders from receipt through delivery Partner with transportation providers to meet plant needs and customer deadlines Supervise a small high-performing warehouse team Maintain safety compliance and quality standards What You Bring Experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations Demonstrated daily ERP proficiency — inventory management, BOL creation, transfer scheduling, and order tracking should be second nature Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Experience managing onsite and offsite warehouse operations Forklift certification, including the ability to train others Schedule Day Shift, Monday through Friday Full-Time | In Person | Fremont, Ohio Benefits 401(k) with company matching Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Flexible spending account Paid time off Why Join Us 121 years of stability with a family-owned culture where people matter Autonomy to lead and make a real impact Be part of a mission-driven team feeding the world, one jar at a time The Fremont Company is an equal opportunity employer.
