POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Shipping & Receiving Supervisor to oversee the efficient handling of all inbound and outbound shipments. This position is responsible for managing shipping floor operations, ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining inventory accuracy, and fostering a safe, organized, and high-performing warehouse environment.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse distribution or logistics operations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics performance metrics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle or similar) is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Must have ability to prioritize projects and strong sense of urgency and with highly motivated individual with high level of initiative and an attitude of willingness
• Occasional overtime may be required, especially around quarter-end and year-end periods.

• Inbound & Outbound Operations Management:
• Supervise the receiving process and verify incoming goods against packing slips to ensure accuracy and product condition.
• Coordinate the preparation scheduling, and dispatch of outgoing shipments, including carrier selection and shipping floor workflow optimization.
• Arrange pick up details of shipments with freight forwarders/carriers (e.g. FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc)
• Monitor and prioritize shipments to meet delivery deadlines.
• Manage shipping documentation (including shipping documentations for domestica and international), and utilize logistics and ERP systems effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company production, shipping, and quality standards.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of shipping and receiving personnel.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with employees, management, and customers.
• Maintain accurate records, shipment logs, and inventory documentation; oversee preparation of reports as required.
• Consolidate PI data and inventory adjustment
