Join our team at TBS Source for Sports!
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team player to join us as a Shipping & Receiving Associate. In this role, you’ll handle incoming and outgoing shipments, organize stock areas, and help keep our product flow running smoothly from the back room to the sales floor — and to our customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Receive shipments from vendors, checking for accuracy and any damage.
  • Accurately label and organize incoming products for easy access.
  • Prepare and package outgoing orders for customers, teams, and vendors.
  • Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records.
  • Work with carriers and vendors to resolve delivery issues.
  • Assist with ticketing, tagging, and moving product to the sales floor.
  • Keep the shipping/receiving area clean, organized, and safe.
  • Support inventory counts and help reconcile any discrepancies.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift and move boxes up to [insert weight] lbs.
  • Basic computer skills for shipping and inventory tasks.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Licence/Certification:

  • Forklift Licence (preferred)
