Description Position Purpose CFS Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping/Assembly Associate to join our Production Team. This position is responsible for accurately fulfilling and packaging customer orders while ensuring all products meet quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, maintain attention to detail, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the production and shipping process. Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Read and interpret Bills of Materials (BOM) for unit assembly. Accurately label units and packages for shipment. Identify and label any defects or deviations during the work process. Use hand tools to assemble units according to CFS Technologies and customer specifications. Read and understand sales orders to pull and complete parts based on daily order requirements. Safely operate a pallet jack to move pallets for loading, inventory storage, or packaging. Review orders and parts to ensure accurate packing of materials. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and assist team members as needed. Follow and promote all safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment. Perform all station-specific preventive maintenance tasks and related requirements. Communicate necessary updates or improvements to SOPs and work instructions based on best practices. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact across all levels of the organization. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Professional demeanor with the ability to anticipate work needs. Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions accurately. Qualifications / Experience Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus. Work Environment: Work is performed in a climate-controlled facility. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed. Requires extended periods of standing, bending, stooping, and sitting.
