REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Shipping Operations, Logistics, or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in order processing and shipping.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines.

• Assist in preparing shipping documents, invoices, and packing lists.
• Support letters of credit (LC) documentation and submission to banks.
• Update and maintain order/shipment status in Excel and internal systems.
• Coordinate with forwarders and shipping lines for booking and delivery arrangements.
• Follow up on shipments, customs clearance, and provide updates to customers.
• Work with sales, finance, and logistics teams to support smooth order processing.
• Perform general administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
