Job requirements:

Job description:

• Plan and follow up on delivery and shipment;
• Liaise with Customs officer to ensure compliance with Customs procedure;
• Address any shipping-related inquiries or issues from customers and provide solutions promptly;
• Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure goods can be shipped in/out on time;
• Assist in managing shipping costs and negotiating rates with carriers to ensure budget compliance;
• Ensure proper record filing and documentation;
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
• Any other ad-hoc task as and when required by the company.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must be possess at least Diploma, Degree or equivalent
• Familiarity with shipping and logistics management with minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience in handling shipping operations.
• Attention to detail in documentation and shipment processes.
• Able to multi-task and work with deadlines under minimum supervision.
• Strong analytical skills, meticulous and good in coordination
• Good communication skill, committed and positive working attitude.
• Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office
• Willing to work on alternate Saturdays (half day)
