The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: What You Will Do: Keep files of goods shipped and received by preparing regular shipping and receiving reports for managers Handle issues arising in shipping or inventory handling Processing shipments for both domestic and international Ensure adherence to environmental management and systems Trouble shoots shipping issues, inventory, documentation and customer complaints that arise and work to solve them Utilize SAP to pull daily Pick Fail Reports, and WIP reports on parts entering the floor. Utilization of the phone/email to address and respond to queries into specific parts. Use Excel and associated programs to track and manage inventory levels, draft reports on trends within the warehouse. Work with management to adjust, and alternate tasks on a as needed basis. Prepare orders for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and shipping labels, and bills of lading What You Will Bring: 1 year experience in logistics, shop floor experience is a plus Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain principles Strong organizational and time management skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook) Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities Pay Range: $19.23/hour - $24.04/hour Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. Work Requirements: This role is considered an on-site position located in Monroe, NC You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Travel Requirements: Due to the nature of the work, no travel is required. Responsibilities

The Shipping Associate will manage shipping and receiving documentation, process domestic and international shipments, and maintain accurate inventory records. They will also troubleshoot shipping issues and utilize SAP and Excel to track parts and generate reports.
