This schedule allows you to work a focused five-day week while enjoying a two-day weekend every week. This role ensures that every order leaving the facility meets company standards for quality, completeness, and presentation. Success in this position requires attention to detail, speed with discipline, and a strong sense of ownership over the customer experience. Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment Execution Accurately pick, verify, and prepare customer orders using internal systems Print shipping labels and process shipments through shipping software Package orders to meet company quality and presentation standards Assemble product sets and variants as required Quality & Accuracy Control Ensure all shipments are complete, accurate, and damage-free before dispatch Identify and report inventory discrepancies, defects, or damaged goods Maintain high standards to minimize returns and errors Operational Efficiency Meet daily shipping deadlines and throughput targets Collaborate with fulfillment and packaging teams to achieve production goals Support workflow optimization by identifying inefficiencies or bottlenecks Workplace Standards & Compliance Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures and company policies Process returns accurately using ReturnZap software Performance Expectations Orders shipped on time and in full High order accuracy rate with minimal errors Consistent productivity aligned with daily targets Strong adherence to quality and safety standards Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs What Good Looks Like Moves with urgency but does not sacrifice accuracy Takes ownership of mistakes and resolves them quickly Anticipates problems before they impact shipments Contributes to a team environment focused on execution and accountability Benefits 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Employee discount Cost of living compensation increases 2x a year Requirements Ability to relocate to North Charleston, SC 29420 before starting In-person role If you want to be part of a hardworking team building something meaningful, we’d love to hear from you.
