Overview Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Materials Handler plays a key role in Goodkind’s warehouse and production operations. This position is responsible for the accurate handling, storage, picking, and movement of raw materials, components, and finished goods while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting production and shipping activities across warehouse operations. What You’ll Do Pick and prepare finished goods for outbound orders in alignment with shipping schedules Pack, palletize, and wrap shipments according to client and carrier requirements Create shipping labels and documentation, including BOLs and small parcel shipments (UPS, FedEx) Verify order accuracy by checking quantities, destinations, and routing prior to shipment Load and unload trucks, including LTL/FTL freight and small parcel shipments Inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptly Accurately complete all shipping transactions in the ERP/WMS system Maintain organized staging areas for outbound shipments and carrier pickups Track shipments, assist with resolving delivery issues, and support proof of delivery requests Maintain shipping logs, documentation, and cost tracking as required Collaborate with internal teams and provide support on shipping-related inquiries Follow all safety procedures, warehouse policies, and standard operating procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shipping area (5S standards) Perform additional warehouse and shipping duties as assigned What We Require Previous warehouse or Shipping experience preferred Forklift certification or ability to become certified Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with ERP/WMS systems (Batchmaster or similar preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Suite Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English or Spanish Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift materials (25kg) for extended periods Ability to follow processes and procedures with a high level of accuracy Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed Competitive wages paid weekly Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance PTO paid holidays 401k with company match
