Shipping Associate – Stevensville, MD
We are currently seeking a qualified and reliable candidate to join our team in the Shipping Department. This full-time, in-person position plays a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient order fulfillment.
Position Responsibilities

Accurately process and pack orders for shipment, ensuring on-time delivery
*
Use shipping software to generate labels, manifests, and required documentation
*
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve order discrepancies and ensure fulfillment accuracy
*
Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or quality issues
*
Maintain clear and organized shipping records
*
Schedule and coordinate freight pickups and deliveries with carriers
*
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
*
Keep the shipping area clean, organized, and in compliance with safety standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
*
Prior experience in a shipping, warehouse, or logistics role preferred
*
Proficiency with shipping software (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS, or freight systems)
*
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
*
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
*
Strong organizational and time management skills
*
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory or ERP systems
*
Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
*
Forklift certification or experience is a plus
*
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
