This role supports customer satisfaction by maintaining precise documentation, selecting appropriate shipping methods, and complying with safety, quality, and company standards. Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm Prepare and verify shipping documentation including packing slips, bills of lading (BOLs), invoices, labels, and export documents Compare shipment details (counts, weights, measurements) against orders and shipping records Schedule pickups with carriers and third‑party logistics providers Determine the most efficient and cost‑effective shipping methods (LTL, partial truckload, full truckload) Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load outbound shipments (as applicable) Process shipments through ERP systems and utilize customer and carrier web portals Scan, file, and maintain accurate shipping records and weight data Coordinate with Customer Experience, Warehouse, and Manufacturing to resolve shortages, delays, or expedited orders Report and assist with freight claims for loss or damage Follow all safety, quality, and lean manufacturing guidelines Qualifications EDUCATION/SKILLS REQUIRED: High School Diploma or GED required 1–3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or transportation preferred Forklift experience and certification required Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and ERP systems Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and basic math skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to adapt to process changes and accept feedback International shipping experience a plus WORK ENVIRONMENT: Warehouse/manufacturing environment Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and equipment operation Must follow established safety protocols Additional Information We are looking for team-members that exemplify and live our High FIVE values: Highest Quality: Are you detailed-oriented and ensure the accuracy of your work?
