Job Description ABOUT YOUR ROLE We are looking for 1-yr temporary shipping staff to support the Shipping function in HK site of Avery Dennison. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE Handling shipping documentation, such as B/L, AWB, Invoice & Packing List, for daily import / export processes, certification. Assisting with transport arrangements by sea, air or road. Liaising with internal parties (CS, Supply Chain and Warehouse) and forwarders / agents for the logistics arrangement with customers / suppliers. Qualifications WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU F6 standard with 1-3 years experience in the shipping or logistics sectors. Knowledge on routine import / export processes and customs declaration via the Tradelink system. Good interpersonal and communications skill. Good command in English reading and writing. Responsibilities

The shipping clerk will handle daily import and export documentation including bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists. They will also coordinate logistics arrangements with internal teams, forwarders, and agents.
