OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient flow of goods in and out of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will possess strong warehouse experience and be familiar with various shipping and receiving processes, including order fulfillment, packaging, and inventory management.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred but not required .
• Familiarity with shipping & receiving processes, order picking, packing, and stocking is essential but not required.
• Basic math skills for inventory management and order processing.
• Experience with e-commerce fulfillment processes is desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. • Manage the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory control.
• Operate pallet jacks and help to unload & load shipments safely.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory levels, processing orders, and managing stock.
• Perform picking and packing of orders using RF scanners to ensure timely dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accurate inventory levels are maintained.
• Assist in e-commerce operations by preparing online orders for shipment.
• Follow safety protocols while handling materials and operating equipment.
