Position Title: Shipping Operator I Position Location: Uxbridge, MA Position Type/Schedule: On-site: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Compensation: $20/hour – $23/hour (Compensation depends on skills, knowledge, education, and experience) Position Snapshot: The Shipping Operator I handles staging, loading, unloading, and inventory management of finished goods and raw materials. This team-oriented role supports all warehouse operations while ensuring efficient service and high customer satisfaction. About you: You are a reliable team member with a positive attitude who prefers staying active. You enjoy physical work, pay close attention to detail, and prioritize safety while completing tasks efficiently. You don’t mind working in environments that may include dust, occasional fumes and varying temperatures. A day in the life: Organize and manage inventory efficiently. Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks. Maintain accurate inventory records. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Keep the work area clean and safe. Follow all safety procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 75 lbs regularly. Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods throughout the shift. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. Work in environments subject to noise, dust, fumes, odors, and varying temperatures. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Ability to climb ladders or stairs and work at heights when necessary. What you will need: Previous warehouse experience Forklift certification preferred.
