Role Summary:
Ensure all material is packed and transported as ordered by customer, as quickly as possible and to lowest cost possible. Work iaw company procedures and follow regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure transport, packing and documentation in accordance with company procedures and routines.
• Ensure information of where the transported items are at any time.
• Ensure proper customs clearances and import / export licenses in accordance with best practice in the Export / Import business.
• Obtain proper approvals and allowances for dangerous good transportation requirements.
• Priories transportation based on required delivery times, while recording transportation cost without causing delays.
• Provide continuous information to the organisation on time of delivery, transportation means, parcel under transport, P/N under transport and temporary storage.
• Ensure that all materials are packed in accordance with Heli-One (NO) procedures and routines and / or manufacturer practice in order to minimize transport damages and harm.
• Complete tasks in the forwarding department in Foss-Eikeland, but also at base Sola if required.
• International travel may be required.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes:

• Driving Licence for car and forklift
• Forwarding experience is an advantage
• Good communications skills, both in Norwegian and English.
• Good computer skills and knowledge to IT solutions
• Structured and organized
