Description Currently Hiring: COA Clerk Position Type: Full Time ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Request and Review expected delivery report weekly to ensure all COA’s have been received • Review COA’s at time of receipt and verify they meet all testing requirements as stated in ingredient spec • File COA’s in corresponding folder to item • Update receiving schedule to verify COA was received prior to load coming in • Verify COA’s are received with all Sample shipments and communicate to R&D and Procurement • Communicate any discrepancies with COA’s to key personnel • Verify Lot numbers match the corresponding COA once load is received • Create pallets tags for materials received • Verify returned partials are properly labeled and have correct Lot# • Verify Artwork on packaging material upon receipt • Assist with printing hold tickets • Review and verify shipping and receiving log for completion and accuracy • Send sensitive ingredients out for testing and place product on hold • Other supporting duties as assigned Please submit the most updated resume to application.
