Location: 3110 American Drive Mississauga
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate and manage daily outbound shipments from our manufacturing facility
  • Book, schedule, and track shipments with major couriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL) and freight forwarders
  • Prepare accurate shipping documentation: commercial invoices, customs forms, bills of lading, certificates of origin
  • Ensure compliance with international trade agreements including USMCA/CUSMA
  • Maintain and track shipping data in Oracle ERP and Microsoft Excel
  • Communicate with production, customer service, and purchasing to meet customer and delivery deadlines
  • Monitor freight costs, resolve shipment issues, and support logistics improvements
  • Support hands-on shipping tasks when needed — includes lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking throughout the day

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in international shipping and export coordination, preferably in a manufacturing setting
  • Strong working knowledge of courier logistics, freight forwarding, and customs processes
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite — especially Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Experience with Oracle ERP or a similar enterprise system
  • Familiarity with Free Trade Agreements, Incoterms, and Harmonized Tariff Schedule codes
  • Excellent communication skills — clear, professional, and responsive
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks as needed

Nice to Have:

  • Certifications in WHMIS, TDG
  • Experience reducing shipping costs or improving logistics processes
  • Knowledge of lean or continuous improvement principles
