Staterra Inc. is an Ottawa-based R&D company specializing in nutritional neuroscience and is a Health Canada Licensed manufacturer of natural health products.
We are a growing, eclectic, group with a broad range of interests. Staterra is a fast paced environment where attention to detail, following protocols, and teamwork are required to get the job done.
Staterra is currently looking for a shipping clerk to perform daily tasks, create labels, book shipments and assist with various administrative tasks around the office. We are looking for a detail oriented, hardworking, candidate. We are in a phase of rapid growth, and would love a candidate who can join our team to enjoy the ride with us.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This role involves a variety of responsibilities to support our daily operations and ensure efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process job orders and prepare materials as needed
  • Design or create product labels
  • Pack boxes and prepare items for shipping
  • Coordinate with shipping carriers for timely deliveries
  • Restock supplies and manage inventory levels
  • Organize and maintain files for easy access
  • Invoice clients as needed
  • Data entry and review
  • Provide general assistance across departments as needed

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel required
  • Strong basic computer skills required (emails, downloading, file transfers, Microsoft office)
  • Data entry experience considered an asset
  • Experience using FedEx and UPS softwares an asset, but not required.

  • Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks quickly and accurately
