JOB CONTENT:

• Responsible for managing a team to ensure all shipping activities are executed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Planning and execution of work schedules to ensure adequate manpower to complete daily tasks.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance shipping efficiency, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
• Respond to transportation-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  Maintain accurate records for audits, customs inspections, and internal reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Transportation Management, Supply Chain Management or equivalent work experience.Computer skills must include extensive knowledge of Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint and basic Outlook

EXPERIENCES

At least 3 years of working experience in an Executive role

JOB PURPOSE:

The position is empowered to negotiate, manage, resolve issues and implement best practices. The Executive should also have working knowledge of Future’s Transportation Management System (TMS) and related processes.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

The Executive is primarily responsible for overseeing and executing the day-to-day international and domestic shipping operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods while maintaining full compliance with customs, trade, and company regulations.
The role involves coordination with internal departments, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers to optimise shipping performance and resolve shipment issues efficiently.
