Your tasks:

• Ensuring timely material supply for production and manufacturing areas
• Handling logistical business transactions along the entire supply chain
• Review, reconciliation and tracking of freight and transport invoices
• Coordination of cooperation with freight forwarders, carriers and other logistics partners
• Monitoring of delivery dates, shipment progress and escalation cases
• Close coordination with purchasing, production, warehousing and other interface areas.
• Maintenance and updating of transport-relevant master data in the SAP system
• Analysis of deviations and initiation of appropriate corrective measures

Your qualifications:

• Successfully completed training in the field of logistics, freight forwarding, wholesale and foreign trade or a comparable field
• Solid professional experience in transport, shipping or distribution logistics
• Sound knowledge of logistics processes and cooperation with freight forwarding companies
• Proficient use of SAP, ideally in the TM (Transportation Management) module
• User knowledge of the MS Office applications Outlook, Excel and Word
• Strong service orientation and excellent organizational skills
• Structured, reliable and independent work style
• Good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
