About this Opportunity: This position is responsible for supervising and coordinating of daily shipment goals. Plans, assigns work, and prioritizes daily shipment picks to effectively meet customer needs. Responsibilities: Plan, schedule and manage work force to meet daily operational demands Maintaining inventory of all finished goods & cycle counting of inventory. Supervise Inventory, packaging, labelling, and receiving of finish good Schedule outbound shipments through various carriers Prepare documentation for both domestic and international shipments Ensure, understand, and execute regulatory & compliance requirements for customers Adhere to company’s Quality policy requirements. Follow all safety requirements and standards Ensures correct shipment of orders to customers Administrative duties including creating document packages, shipping labels, data entry, etc. Other duties as required or assigned Requirements Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Self-starter with problem-solving skills and ability to multitask Exception attention to detail Strong time management and organization skills Strong math skills Ability to communicate clearly and effectively via email, telephone and in person Physical Demands This position operates standard office equipment, sits, stand and walks around frequently. Ability to lift >50 lbs., walk, stand, push, pull, reach, bend, stoop, climb, carry Required Education and Experience Microsoft Office 1-2 Years Completion of on-the-job training may be substituted for experience Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred, but not required Experience and ability to operate a forklift
