Description

Coordinate local and international shipments.
Prepare and review shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, certificates of origin, and import/export documentation.
Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transport companies, and customs clearance agents.
Track shipments and provide regular updates to internal departments and customers.
Coordinate with the warehouse and production teams to ensure timely dispatch of finished goods.
Maintain shipping records and logistics reports.
