Responsibilities
Business Operation and Management: With experience in shipping company freight forwarding, take full responsibility for the operation and management of the company’s shipping and logistics-related businesses. Ensure efficient connection of cargo transportation, warehousing, customs declaration and other links to guarantee the smooth flow of logistics processes.
Customer Development and Maintenance: Be responsible for the development of upstream and downstream customers, formulate customer expansion strategies, and explore potential business opportunities. Meanwhile, do a good job in maintaining existing customers, establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Team Leadership and Management: Lead the team to carry out work, clarify the job responsibilities and goals of team members, guide and supervise the implementation of their work. With experience in leading teams, be able to stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of team members and improve the overall performance of the team.
Daily Management Work: Participate in HR-related work, including assisting in team member recruitment, arranging training, and conducting performance evaluation. Be involved in financial management, such as formulating and implementing departmental budgets, and controlling costs. Be responsible for the implementation of the team performance appraisal system, set assessment indicators according to business goals, and ensure fair and impartial assessment.
Market Expansion: Those with experience in developing markets in Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia and other places are preferred. If there is no relevant experience, they should be able to accept challenges and travel, actively explore the logistics markets in the above regions, and promote the implementation and development of business in new markets.
Communication and Coordination: Maintain close communication with company leaders, timely report business progress, existing problems and solutions. Actively communicate with subordinates, understand their work situation and needs, coordinate and solve difficulties in work, and create a good team atmosphere.
Learning and Innovation: Be willing to learn new business content and technologies, pay attention to the development trends and new technology applications in the logistics industry, and integrate them into work to improve business competitiveness.
