Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with customs agents and hauliers to ensure timely customs clearance and delivery to warehouses and customers.
  • Manage the company’s containerized shipments from global origins.
  • Ensure competitive pricing and services from shipping lines, customs agents, hauliers, and warehouses.
  • Process shipping invoices and monitor logistics costs.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen to optimize shipping operations.
  • Handle and verify shipping documents, communicating with suppliers and customers worldwide.
  • Arrange FOB and FCA shipment bookings with shipping lines.
  • Maintain strong command of Microsoft Excel for logistics and shipping documentation.
  • Uphold attention to detail in all logistics and shipping processes.
  • Work effectively under pressure, managing tight deadlines and last-minute challenges
