REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics or related field from recognized university.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Inbound and Outbound activities and Inventory Management.
• Knowledge in SAP is preferable.
• Able converse well in both Malay and English.
• Understand shipping procedures (LMW), documentation (e.g., bill of lading, customs forms), and regulations.
• Familiar with incoterms and international shipping standards.
• Effective verbal and written communication to liaise with suppliers, customers and team members.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Involve in monitoring of safe work practices by reporting incidences and unsafe procedures.
• Participate and coorperate in improvements activities to improve work processes.
• Follow and maintain the self-discipline at highest level and according to employee handbook.
• Prepare monthly compilation documents for customs report (K1 and K2).
• Prepare inbound and outbound exemption and retention of inbound and outbound documents for six years.
• Creating rush order for delivery to VAC Hanau and invoice for GK.
• Prepare invoice for GK material and coordinate on return material/item to supplier.
• Raise purchase requisition where necessary and control of office supplies.
• Monthly cycle count and year end audit.
• SAP has to be timely update on any transaction involve. (MODN)
• Process and Pack for sample and prepare customs invoice.
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

• Pekan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
