Location: Wyoming, IL 61491
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipping Operations Associate to join our team. This office-based role is essential to ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of our shipping and logistics processes. QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics, supply chain, or business administration is a plus.
  • Experience in shipping, logistics, or administrative support within a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Prepare and process shipping documentation, including labels, packing lists, invoices, and customer-specific paperwork.
  • Professionally communicate with customers, carriers, and vendors to schedule pickups, provide updates, and resolve shipping-related issues.
  • Utilize ERP systems to manage orders, inventory transactions, and shipping records.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to prevent shortages and ensure order accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align shipping schedules with production and inventory availability.
  • Support continuous improvement by helping refine shipping procedures and workflows.
