Carlisle Medical, a fast growing privately held company, is currently seeking a Shipping/Operations Coordinator. Carlisle Medical offers excellent benefits and competitive pay. The successful candidate will work on day-to-day shipping/warehouse duties while also assisting in general maintenance and property duties.

GENERAL SHIPPING DUTIES:

• Monitors shipments in transit via carrier website.
• Conduct delivery confirmation calls to ensure service level commitments are achieved.
• Prepare DME warehouse orders for shipping, by pulling requested items and scanning them out of inventory.
• Assist with stocking of incoming warehouse items as they are received.
• Assist with returned rental items. Inspect, clean, and restock, as needed.
• Deliver supply/equipment orders within a local geographical area. Unpack/set up equipment, as needed.
• Perform daily mail deliveries and other errands, as requested.

GENERAL FACILITY DUTIES:

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for all property and ground keeping maintenance.
• Conduct all regularly scheduled maintenance tasks and document, reporting monthly.
• Determine areas where properties need repair, document needed repairs. Review with Management.
• Maintain a database of vendors, subcontractors with usual costs and type of work.
• Review invoices to ensure that the repairs are being charged appropriately and that the repairs have been completed in reference to the scope of work.
• Experience with farm maintenance and equipment operations a plus but not required.
