1. VESSEL & PORT SUPPORT OPERATIONS

· Assist with scheduling and coordinating vessel berthing and departure.
· Support documentation for discharge/loading operations and cargo handling.
· Liaise with port agents, stevedores, and surveyors for daily port activities.

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain (preferably in a port/agency setup).
· Familiarity with shipping documents and port procedures.
· Strong coordination and communication skills.
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in MS Excel and document management tools.
· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, Supply Chain, or a related field.
