Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day vessel operations and voyage execution for assigned cargo movements.

• Coordinate vessel nominations, bunker procurement, and operational planning to optimize voyage efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with charter party agreements and provide post-fixture operational support.

• Liaise with vessel owners, charterers, agents, terminals, and other third parties involved in shipping activities.

• Monitor cargo operations, port activities, and marine logistics processes.

• Coordinate closely with Trading and Trade Operations teams on scheduling, nominations, and operational issues.

• Prepare and review shipping documentation including Bills of Lading, cargo manifests, and voyage instructions.

• Track and report voyage costs, bunker usage, demurrage, detention, and freight exposure.

• Maintain accurate voyage tracking and provide operational updates to internal stakeholders and customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years’ experience within shipping operations, chartering, or marine logistics, preferably within commodity trading, energy, or shipping industries.

• Strong understanding of tanker operations, voyage execution, charter party terms, and marine logistics processes.

• Experience working within crude oil, refined products, or wider commodity trading environments is highly preferred.
