Responsibilities

As a Shipping Operative, you will be responsible for:

  • Picking parts or products for shipments ensuring accuracy of identification and quantity.
  • Performing physical movement of materials from one area to another using handcarts or forklifts.
  • Transacting inventory and delivery details in SAP.
  • Completing essential internal or external documentation (including sales order, delivery documentation, certification, final shipping packing list)

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Possess a Leaving Cert or local equivalent.
  • Have at least 2 years experience as a Shipping Operative.
  • Have knowledge of quality and inventory control.
  • Have proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
  • Have SAP or other ERP Materials Management experience.
  • Have a permit to work in Ireland.
  • Have a good, positive and proactive attitude.
  • Be a good team player
