Position Title: Shipping Operator Position Location: Uxbridge, MA Position Type/Schedule: Onsite, Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm Compensation: $20-$23 per hour (Compensation depends on skills, knowledge, education, and experience) Position Snapshot: The Shipping Operator is responsible for accurately processing outgoing shipments, including picking, packing, staging, and preparing documentation. This team-oriented role supports all Lenze Americas operations while ensuring efficient service and high customer satisfaction with both internal and external teams. About you: You are a reliable team member with a positive attitude who prefers staying active. You enjoy physical work, pay close attention to detail, and prioritize safety while completing tasks efficiently. You don’t mind working in environments that may include dust, occasional fumes and varying temperatures. A day in the life: Process outgoing shipments, verify order details, and prepare all required documentation. Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately to ensure timely and correct fulfillment. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all shipments, returns, and inventory transactions. Update shipping databases and logs to reflect real-time shipment statuses and inventory movements. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements for all outgoing shipments. Support inventory accuracy by participating in regular audits and maintaining up-to-date inventory records. Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks Communicate with internal and external teams on shipping related matters Adhere to all safety procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 75 lbs. regularly. Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods throughout the shift. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. Work in environments subject to noise, dust, fumes, odors, and varying temperatures. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Ability to climb ladders or stairs and work at heights when necessary. What you will need: Previous warehouse experience Forklift certification preferred.
