About the role The shipping packing lead oversees the packing department to ensure proper and accurate shipping with timely delivery of products within budget. What you'll do Accurately review, process, print and verify order completion Responsible for all daily outbound shipments with accuracy Daily contact with shipping staff and freight carriers Quality control for all outbound customers’ orders before shipment Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items Follow SOPs and safety guidelines Support documentation as needed Keep work areas clean and organized Safety vigilant Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred Prior warehouse experience a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
