You’ll also play a critical role in preparing and packaging orders for shipment to customers both nationally and internationally. This is a fast-paced role requiring attention to detail, organization, and a team-focused mindset.   Key Responsibilities: * Accurately follow customer specs that pertain to each order * Prepare packing slips and freight * Package finished products * Organize cores and boxes * Wrap skids * Safely operate shrink wrap machine * Prepare outbound inventory orders * Use pallet jack to move products/boxes * Notify purchaser to order boxes * Keep work area clean and organized * Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) * Comply with company policies and be available for overtime as needed * Perform additional duties as required   Knowledge / Skills: * High School diploma or GED * Basic math and computer skills * Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for long periods * Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task * Self-motivated with a positive attitude and team-first mindset * Commitment to company values and a quality-first approach    All job offers are contingent upon passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check.   Equal Opportunity Employer Inovar Packaging Group is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
