Position Title: Shipping & Receiving Administrative Clerk   Pay Rate:  $36,100 - $48,000 (USCORE)  Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.    Category/Shift:  Salaried Full-Time    Physical Location: Richmond, VA   The Job You Will Perform:  * Prepare shipping documentation, bills of lading, packing slips, and other required forms.  * Assist with filing, data entry, and recordkeeping related to operations and logistics. * Support office tasks such as ordering supplies, managing incoming/outgoing mail, and organizing documents.  * Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies or facilitate smooth workflow. * Provide general operational support across departments as needed as assigned.   The Shipping Clerk interacts with external partners on a daily basis to ensure that orders are being loaded and shipped safely and accurately.
