Shipping and receiving clerks perform an array of functions that might include shipping and receiving defective product, organizing and processing credits for defective invoice, pick, ship and receive any product as well as maintain service records.
Workers are required to lift up to 50 pounds, walk or stand for long periods of time.

• Contact supplier or shipper if an error is identified in the receiving process.
• Maintain, update and organize service records
• Assume responsibility for returning unsatisfactory shipments and/or receiving replacements/credits
• Process online orders and returns
• Shipping to Vendors & Customer
• Get Quotes & Arrange Shipping for Deliveries coming to Ramakko’s
• Data Entry
• Verify shipment contents according to Packing Slips and/or invoices (quantity, quality, price etc.)
• Accurately label product before product is to be sold
• Utilize software to ensure accuracy
• Receive shipments and sign paperwork upon receipt
• Unload packages from incoming trucks
• Inspect contents to ensure they are undamaged
• Label deliveries and allocate them to their designated place
• Maintain accurate records
• Clean and organize warehouse area
• Assist in any other warehouse duties
