Job Description Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to support daily warehouse and logistics operations in our New Orleans facility. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that incoming and outgoing shipments are handled efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner. This position is essential to maintaining organized inventory systems and ensuring that materials move smoothly through our operational workflow. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and condition Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments according to company standards Maintain organized storage areas and assist with inventory tracking Record shipment information and maintain accurate documentation Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of materials Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced operational environment Good communication and teamwork abilities Basic computer skills for documentation and inventory systems Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy Strong work ethic and reliability Additional Information Competitive salary ($32,000 – $35,000 per year) Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Skill development within logistics and operations Stable full-time position within a supportive team environment Professional and collaborative workplace culture
