Description Job TypeFull-time Description Hiring for Champlin, MN Hours: 7a-330p Job Summary As a Shipping Associate, you'll be responsible overseeing both outgoing and incoming shipments while keeping documentation and inventory records accurate and up to date. From preparing and packaging parts to distributing materials to their appropriate departments, you'll help ensure that products move smoothly through the facility. Job Duties and Responsibilities Prepare required paperwork and package parts using the correct shipping methods Reference customer purchase orders and internal job routings Review delivery schedules and ship orders to meet customer deadlines Create and print packing lists, then assemble packing lists and all required documentation Package parts securely to prevent damage during shipment Schedule and arrange shipping methods as needed File and route completed paperwork and documentation Plan shipping activities to ensure jobs meet their due dates Skills and Qualifications 0-3 years of related experience OR training OR equivalent combination of education and experience Previous forklift experience (preferred) Previous inventory system knowledge (preferred) Previous BOM and MRP experience (preferred) Previous cycle counting experience (preferred) Previous experience using Epicor (preferred) High school diploma OR equivalent (required) Pre-employment background check (required) Pre-employment drug screen (required) Benefits PTO/ESST Paid holidays $100 individual deductible and $300 family deductible health insurance Paid weekly Vision and Dental Insurance 401K / Life Insurance / STD
