DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or equivalent
Forklift equipment certifications and/or operating experience; including use of pallet jack
Ability to work with numbers and basic math skills
Distribution or Manufacturing environment experience
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
Must be able to read, write and comprehend the English language
Must be able to look up basic information in Oracle
Must be able to provide training, pass minimum proficiency test, if applicable

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITY:

Provide materials, shipping and receiving support in order to meet customer needs.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide picking, packing, verifying, and put-away support. Load and Unload trailers and provide disposition and transfer of material support. Under supervision process DHL, FedEx, UPS shipments. Accurately and timely complete necessary documents. Conduct verification of receipts or orders to match physical part number and quantity against receiving or shipping documents. Assist with cycle counts and racks to record audits. Comprehend and follow SOP’s at all times. Adhere to 5S and maintain a safe work environment. Meet daily productivity goals. Participate on Kaizen events and other special projects. Communicate with associates, supervisors, management and cross-functionally. Support daily KPI objectives. Knowledge in the safe handling and distribution of hazardous materials to include general regulatory requirements. Requires supervision. Complete other duties as required.
