Description
We are seeking a highly responsible and experienced individual to join our team as Shipping and Receiving Clerk. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in relevant computer systems. This role requires the ability to work under pressure and a keen understanding of inventory processes.   Key Responsibilities Perform data entry and manage records using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data entry software. Utilize Oracle or ERP systems to maintain accurate records. Assist with cycle count and inventory management processes. Unload large shipments, with a preference for candidates holding a forklift certification. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Engage actively with business priorities and demonstrate a high sense of priority in task management. Qualifications High school diploma or technical degree required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software. Preferred experience with Oracle or ERP systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Forklift certification is a plus. Knowledge of cycle count and inventory processes. Ability to work under pressure. Strong engagement with business priorities and high priority sense
