MINDESTQUALIFIKATIONEN:

• Du hast einen Schulabschluss und mindestens 1–2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Versand und/oder Fertigung.
• Du kennst die Lager- und Fertigungsabläufe und hast bereits Erfahrung mit den Versandhilfsmitteln (Waage, Etikettierung, Handwerkzeuge usw.)
• Du hast bereits Kenntnisse in der Dateneingabe in Datenbanken.
• Du hast die Erlaubnis Gabelstapler und Hubwagen zu bedienen und fundierte Fahrpraxis.
• Du darfst bis zu 25 kg heben.
• Du verfügst über Computerkenntnisse wie SAP, Internet, MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Du bist ein Organisations- und Kommunikationstalent, detailorientiert und hast die Fähigkeit selbstständig zu arbeiten.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• You have a high school diploma and at least 1–2 years of professional experience in the field of shipping and/or manufacturing.
• You are familiar with warehouse and manufacturing processes and already have experience with shipping tools (scales, labeling, hand tools, etc.)
• You already have knowledge of data entry in databases.
  You are licensed to operate forklifts and pallet jacks and have extensive driving experience.
  You are able to lift up to 25 kg.
  You have computer skills such as SAP, Internet, MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
  You have organizational and communication skills, are detail-oriented and able to work independently

• You receive the trucks and ensure that the goods received are recorded on the shipping form.
• You inspect product orders and prepare them for shipment.
• You process orders that are shipped in SAP and are responsible for data entry and reporting.
  You fulfill daily orders and deliver packages, taking into account customer-specific requirements and communicating in a timely manner if any issues arise.
  You are responsible for ensuring that the correct product is shipped according to the customer order and that proper packaging procedures are followed.
  You select the most effective shipping method and supplier.
  You are responsible for ensuring that the required stock of shipping materials is available at all times.
  You ensure a well-stocked, tidy and safe environment (e.g. wearing protective goggles, maintaining vehicles, building maintenance, transporting inventory using a forklift).
  You take part in the product inventory.
  You also provide support at trade fairs when needed.
