Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities Shipping and receiving of materials and products utilizing outlined processes Assist with inventory, receiving, shipping, and miscellaneous projects as assigned Maintain procedures, work instructions and policies as required by area of responsibility as assigned Mentor Program Participants on work tasks and provide feedback as necessary Operate forklift in a safe and efficient manner Support all stakeholders of Orion team fully to achieve company, departmental, and personal goals and objectives Participate in team and company meetings as required Role model proper work ethics and behaviors Role model proper hygiene and appropriate work attire Requirements Desired Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required Shipping and receiving experience utilizing various packing, picking, and shipping processes is required Ability to interpret blueprints and specifications Demonstrated basic math skills Possess or acquire tools needed to accomplish work objective Organizational ability Problem solving skills Ability to work independently as well as collectively Customer service skills; able to relate well to all internal and external customers Physical Requirements/Work Environment The physical requirements/work environment described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Responsibilities

The Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for managing the shipping and receiving of materials while maintaining accurate inventory records. They also operate forklifts, mentor program participants, and ensure all departmental goals are met.
