Job Description We’re looking for a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to ensure our materials and products move smoothly in and out of our facility. This is a full-time, non-exempt role reporting to the Manager of Property Management. What You’ll Do Manage all aspects of shipping and receiving to meet daily deadlines Prepare shipments: package, create packing slips, and coordinate with freight carriers Verify incoming deliveries, inspect for damage, and follow SEAKR procedures Handle materials, customer-owned property, and company capital assets Coordinate with Receiving Inspection, Buyers, and Accounting to resolve discrepancies Maintain relationships with freight carriers and provide weekly activity reports Support quality engineering and program management on shipments This position will work a day shift on a 9/80 schedule: 8:00 AM – 5 PM Mon–Thurs, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM on working Fridays, with every other Friday off. Qualifications High school diploma or GED 1–2 years’ experience in shipping/receiving or a related field Ability to work independently, stay organized, and prioritize tasks Strong communication skills (oral and written) Comfortable with database software and multitasking under deadlines Able to move, lift, and handle materials (up to 80 lbs occasionally) Additional Information Compensation: Base pay range is $22-$26/hour, depending on qualifications. SEAKR has very rich medical, dental and vision insurance plans, along with a generous 401(k) retirement plan. In addition to base salary, employees are eligible for a year-end bonus. SEAKR offers a variety of paid leave, such as vacation, sick, bereavement, and FMLA. We have a 9/80 work schedule with alternating Fridays off.
