This position supports inventory accuracy, production flow, and accounting documentation by ensuring incoming materials are counted, documented, received, and routed correctly. _______________________________________________________________________________  What We Offer: * Competitive compensation with bonus potential * Medical, Dental & Vision plans * 100% company paid medical premiums for you and your family * Life Insurance * 401k with company match * Generous PTO & Paid holidays * Maternity & Paternity Leave * Short- and Long-term disability * Employee assistance programs * & More ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Safelyunload inbound materials using a forklift and follow all receiving dock procedures.  * Inspectincoming materials and packaging for damage, quality concerns, and quantity discrepancies.  * ReadBOLs, packing slips, purchase orders, and other receiving documentation.  * Open, count, and verify received materials against the BOL, packing slip, and PO.  * Accuratelyreceive parts in MAS using the correct PO, item number, quantity, and location.  * Submitrequired receiving documentation to Accountingin a timely manner.  * Researchand troubleshoot receiving issues in MAS, including PO, quantity, cost,anderrors.  * Reverseincorrect MAS receiving transactions when needed.  * Escalatedocumentation, PO, quantity, cost, or material issues to the correct internal contact.  * Label, stage, and route received materials to the correct rack, cage, warehouse, or production area.  * Maintainaccuraterecords, dock organization, housekeeping, and 5S standards.  ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Minimum Requirements: * High School Diploma (Associates Degree/Certificateis a plus). * 3years’ experiencein performing receiving/ shippingfunctions and associated data entry. * Computer Skills:Excel, WordProcessing, email,accounting,&ERP systemspreferred. * Experience and current/past certification for forkliftoperation. * Demonstrated ability to work in a team and actively contribute to the success of the team. * Good communicationand organization skillssupportedby a positive attitude. * Ability to lift 40 pounds multiple times per day.
