Cornerstone Staffing Solutions, Inc. is currently assisting a prestigious beverage client with their search for an experienced Shipping, Receiving, Inventory & Warehouse Manager in Edison, NJ
This is a full time, temp-to-hire opportunity offering a pay rate between $22.00 - $32.00/hour. BOE
The individual selected for this position would commit to a fixed schedule from Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of warehouse operations. This includes managing the receipt, storage, and customer arranged outbound shipments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring efficient shipping and receiving practices. The role requires strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to meet organizational goals and customer expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred) or 8+years in this position with a beverage/ food manufacturing company.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse, inventory, and logistics management, including supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, Outlook and other data analysis/ reporting tools.
• Ability to develop and improve daily operations, workflow, materials flow, space utilization and be ahead of problems that occur.
