We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining accurate documentation to ensure smooth warehouse operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments * Prepare, label, and organize outgoing orders * Load and unload trucks safely using warehouse equipment * Maintain inventory accuracy and complete required documentation * Organize and keep shipping/receiving areas clean and safe * Support order picking, transfers, and warehouse operations as needed * Report product discrepancies or damages promptly QUALIFICATIONS: * 1+ year of warehouse, shipping & receiving, or logistics experience preferred * Forklift experience/certification preferred * Ability to lift up to 50–60 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Basic computer and math skills required * Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus SCHEDULE & ENVIRONMENT: * Full-time position * Warehouse environment with varying temperatures * Standing, walking, lifting, and material handling required throughout the shift
