Description Shipping & Receiving Manager Job Description Responsible for all inbound and outbound logistics, including raw material, direct material, MRO, and ATF/NFA-controlled product. Controls documentation, daily interactions with carriers, and inventory management for finished goods, accessories, and soft goods. Reporting Manufacturing General Manager Responsibilities Verify all inbound and outbound shipments are properly labeled and the required documents are available with each shipment. Receive incoming shipments from vendors and customers (matching POs where possible) Count and check items to ensure the correct items have been received. Supervises shipping/receiving clerk Prepare packaging materials to safely ship items. Packing items for shipment. Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies. Maintain inventory of finished goods inventory within the shipping/receiving department. Utilize the shipping system as well as the ERP system to complete shipping/receiving activities. Communicates professionally and effectively to all levels of the organization Requirements Qualifications Must be a U.S. Citizen due to ITAR regulations 3+ years relevant experience in manufacturing or distribution environment Able to lift 50 lbs. on occasion Requires constant standing, walking, sitting, and bending throughout the workday. Compensation Salaried exempt position, including health, vision, dental, & disability insurance, PTO, and 401K benefits.
