Role: Shipping/Receiving - Part-time (split-shift) In this role, you will: Work from receiving documents, pull lists, packing lists, freight bills, bills of lading, purchase order through SAP and other inventory records. Perform clerical and manual duties involving receiving, storing, disbursing and recording transactions on all inventory materials. Conduct computer entries and inquiries using SAP such as PO number, department to be supplied, part number, and locating parts. Prepare or receive shipments verifying necessary shipping documents. Complete necessary paperwork. Perform loading dock receiving and supply truck unloading. Obtain material from storage, move to holding areas, machines or lines using pallet jack, fork-truck, hoist or narrow-aisle truck. Receive requisitions and scheduling information, accumulate and deliver required material to departments. Drive company trucks between plants and locally. Maintain chauffeur's license. Requirements Basic Requirements: Ability to work limited over-time as needed Ability to read, understand and interpret Bills of Materials, schematics and specifications Ability to perform basic mathematics and computations Successful external candidate will complete: application, talent assessment, interview, drug screen and background check. Safety Sensitive Position: drug screen includes THC. Resides or intends to reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Washington, MO Has current work authorization for employment within the United States. Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent 1 - 3 years previous shipping/receiving, warehouse experience Successful completion of the National Career Readiness Certification (NCRC) offered through the ACT WorkKeys program.
