The Role We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Shipping and Receiving Technician to join our Operations team in Morgan Hill, CA. This position plays a critical role in ensuring timely outbound shipments, accurate receipt of incoming materials, and organized warehouse operations. The Shipping and Receiving Technician is responsible for handling all outbound shipments, incoming receipts, warehousing, and the movement of materials and equipment throughout the company. This role supports accurate inventory control, efficient order fulfillment, and safe material handling practices. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and able to work quickly and safely across a wide range of operational tasks. What We Offer · Competitive compensation · Comprehensive medical coverage with 100% employer-paid premiums for employees and 75% for dependents, plus dental and vision included · Company-paid life, short-term, and long-term disability insurance · Flexible paid time off and paid sick leave · 13 paid holidays · 401(k) · Stock options Requirements Where You Make a Difference · Pick, package, route, and document daily sales orders based on Order Management instructions, customer requirements, and carrier policies · Verify and record incoming materials against approved Purchase Orders and deliver materials to designated recipients or storage locations · Track and expedite shipments through accurate logging and recordkeeping systems · Maintain organized files of service guides, waybills, and carrier documentation for accessibility by qualified personnel · Ensure inventory materials are clearly identified, protected from mix-up, and safeguarded from unauthorized use · Maintain shipping, receiving, storage, and warehouse areas in a clean and organized condition · Execute material and equipment movement tasks under the direction of the Operations Manager · Identify, store, and handle hazardous materials in accordance with safety regulations and company policies · Support overall warehouse efficiency and safety while performing additional duties as assigned What You Bring · High School diploma or equivalent required · Experience with shipping/receiving, inventory management systems, and material handling preferred · Familiarity with major carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, LTL) preferred · Forklift certification a plus · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail · Ability to manage multiple tasks quickly and accurately · Proficiency using computer systems for order fulfillment and shipment processing · Ability to safely handle, pack, and move materials, including items requiring special packaging · Strong communication skills and commitment to workplace safety
