Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities Receiving Receive incoming materials and verify quantities. Inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptly. Label, stage, and store materials in designated warehouse locations. Enter receiving transactions into ERP or inventory systems as required. Shipping Pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments according to customer and internal requirements. Generate and attach shipping labels and required documentation. Coordinate with carriers for pickup and ensure shipments are staged on time. Inventory Control Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities. Maintain accurate inventory records and report variances. Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and lot control procedures where applicable. Equipment & Safety Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as authorized. Follow all OSHA and company safety standards, including proper PPE usage. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse in accordance with 5S principles. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Basic understanding of warehouse and shipping processes. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer skills and ability to learn ERP systems. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Education and Experience Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Prior warehouse or shipping experience preferred but not required. Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification. Physical and Environmental Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to work in a warehouse environment with exposure to noise, dust, and temperature variation. Ability to work overtime as needed to meet shipping schedules.
